Job Summary:
The MICE Sales Executive is responsible for generating corporate business by promoting travel packages, events, conferences, and group travel services. The role includes client relationship management, proposal creation, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for MICE services.
- Understand client requirements and create customized travel & event proposals.
- Manage end-to-end MICE operations — hotel bookings, flights, events, conferences, logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, hotels, and vendors.
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profit margins.
- Prepare presentations, itineraries, and costings for client meetings.
- Follow up on leads, maintain sales pipeline, and close deals on time.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of events/groups.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in MICE, Corporate Sales, or Travel Industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle group travel, events, and corporate clients.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and DMCs.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
