Microsoft 365 Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Microsoft 365 Trainer to deliver engaging, on-site training engagements across the United States. As an independent contractor, you will work directly with our clients' teams to build proficiency across the full Microsoft 365 suite. You must be self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable traveling to client locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (in-person) on Microsoft 365 applications to end users and teams of all skill levels
• Develop and customize training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises tailored to client needs
• Assess learner needs and adapt delivery style accordingly
• Provide post-training documentation, quick-reference guides, and follow-up support as needed
• Coordinate with clients to schedule sessions and confirm logistical requirements
• Travel to client sites across the U.S. as assignments require (expenses reimbursed per agreement)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience training adults on Microsoft 365 / Office applications
• Microsoft 365 Certified (e.g., MS-900, MO-300 series, or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally — up to 75% travel required
• Reliable home-office setup for remote prep, scheduling, and communication between engagements
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099)

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
