Role Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Azure & Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Active Directory, Exchange (On-Prem & Online), hybrid configurations, identity platforms, Microsoft 365 workloads, Azure services, email hygiene, and core infrastructure components. The role requires solid troubleshooting capabilities, L3-level expertise, and proven experience with enterprise migrations and hybrid deployments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Infrastructure
• Administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, including FSMO roles, replication, trusts, and domain controllers.
• Designing, implementing, and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Managing Windows Server 2012–2022 environments.
• DNS and DHCP administration and troubleshooting.
• Patch management, performance monitoring, and security hardening of server infrastructure.
• Messaging & Hybrid Environment
• Administration of Exchange On-Premises at the infrastructure level.
• Managing DAG configurations, database operations, certificates, and secure mail flow.
• Administration of Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Leading and executing:
• Exchange Exchange migrations
• Exchange On-Prem Exchange Online migrations
• Hybrid Exchange deployments
• Mailbox migrations (cutover, staged, hybrid)
• Configuring and troubleshooting Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync.
• Managing mail flow, connectors, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC implementations
  
  
  

3. Email Hygiene & Security

• Implementing and managing email hygiene tools such as Barracuda Email Security Gateway.
• Handling spam filtering, anti-phishing, and email threat protection.
• Secure mail routing, policy configuration, and integration with hybrid setups.
  
  
  

4. Cloud & Identity

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS).
• Managing identity integration between On-Prem AD and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Microsoft 365 administration across core workloads.
• Exposure to Azure services such as Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and Entra ID security.
• Supporting Zero Trust - aligned identity and access configurations.
• Backup & Archiving
• Administration of Veritas NetBackup.
• Managing archiving platforms such as Veritas Enterprise Vault.
• Backup monitoring, restoration tests, and participation in disaster recovery exercises.
• DNS & Networking Coordination
• Managing internal and external DNS records including MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Autodiscover.
• Understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, firewall basics).
• Collaboration with network and security teams for mail flow, hybrid connectivity, and troubleshooting.
  
  
  

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting L3-level incidents and escalations.
• Proven experience in enterprise migrations and hybrid deployments.
• Solid understanding of email security architecture and mail flow design.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, change management, and structured operations.

• Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-500).
• ITIL Foundation (preferred).
