Emirates Gold is a leading company in the Hospitality industry, committed to innovation and excellence in all our projects. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MS D365 Functional Consultant to oversee our ERP systems and support our continued growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design documents for MS Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Configure and customize D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement) to align with company operations.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure system requirements are met.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, providing guidance and support to end-users during the implementation process.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for D365 usage to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for all company employees using the platform.
• Manage project documentation, training manuals, and system configuration logs.
• Ensure the company's technology environment supports the specific operational needs of the hospitality sector.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an MS D365 Functional Consultant role, preferably within the Hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycles, configuration, and team collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 modules, business process modeling, and functional analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Work Hours and Benefits

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Benefits: Health insurance, Annual Leave, and Leave Salary as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
