Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to act as the functional owner of our system and support business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, and HR & Payroll. The role will bridge business users, management, IT teams, and external partners to ensure optimal system utilization, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Provide functional support for Finance, Supply Chain (Procurement & Inventory), Projects/Production, and HR & Payroll modules.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system-based improvements and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with Microsoft implementation partners.
• Provide first- and second-level functional support to end users.
• Manage master data including employees, vendors, items, cost centers, and financial dimensions.
• Maintain user roles, access rights, and ensure segregation of duties.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and business sign-off.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and deliver end-user training.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Assist in internal and external audits using system data and reports.
• Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor law requirements for HR & Payroll.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant.
• Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Finance module
• Supply Chain (Procurement & Inventory)
• Projects / Production
• HR & Payroll (local labor law compliance required)
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft implementation partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD700.000 per month
