Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises) environments. The role focuses on managing email systems, troubleshooting user issues, supporting desktop environments, and ensuring seamless IT operations for a large global user base.

Job Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft Exchange Server (On-Premises)

Troubleshoot Outlook and email connectivity issues

Manage mailbox size, attachments, archives, and online archiving

Support Outlook Web Access (OWA) and mobile device email configurations
-
Handle dual profile configurations, rules creation, and password-related issues
-
Manage users and mailboxes through:

Microsoft Exchange Admin Center
-
Microsoft Admin Center (Licensing)

Perform Active Directory user account operations
-
Provide desktop support including OS migrations and system troubleshooting
-
Resolve LAN and connectivity-related issues

Deliver remote support to international users

Support large-scale environments (9000+ users)

Assist with data center infrastructure activities
Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Qualifications
