About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join our team and support a firmwide initiative focused on building Power Platform applications for our Global Operations team. You will design and implement solutions that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights across the organization.

This role is perfect for a collaborative problem-solver with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
• Create dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft technologies and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability of applications.
• Stay current with Power Platform best practices and new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience developing custom apps with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Power Pages, Excel, and connectors (e.g., AI Builder, Salesforce).
• Experience with Azure Functions and DevOps is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup

• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
• Location Requirement: Must reside in or near Milwaukee, WI
