Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist

We are looking for a talented Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join our growing cloud and digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft 365 solutions to design and implement modern workplace and business automation solutions.

This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise projects, cloud-based collaboration platforms, and workflow automation solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including document management systems, intranet portals, and collaboration sites.
• Build and customize Power Apps to digitize business processes and replace manual workflows.
• Develop Power Automate flows to automate approvals, notifications, and data integrations across Microsoft 365 services.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business insights and decision-making.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
• Implement metadata, governance, security, and permissions models in SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements for deployed solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hands on experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, governance, and permissions management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, or SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
