This position is a telecommute position and can be located anywhere within Texas.

Position Overview:

Weaver Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Engineer with deep expertise across Microsoft technologies, with a particular emphasis on Local Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM | SCCM), and Microsoft Exchange. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale solutions, along with strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, and support Microsoft infrastructure, including:

• • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD)
  • MECM/SCCM

• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Microsoft environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
• Participate in IT projects including migrations, deployments, and new implementations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff or service desk teams.
