Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Solutions Sales Manager with 3 years of experience in Microsoft Corporate Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic solutions for Microsoft products and services. This role requires a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft products; lead and mentor a sales team, setting performance goals, coaching, and ensuring motivation and productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers; understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Solution Development & Presentation: Identify client requirements and develop customized Microsoft solutions; conduct presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft products and solutions to showcase value and benefits.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies; monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align and support sales efforts; coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics; utilize data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Microsoft corporate sales, with a proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Skills/Scope: Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and related products; proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team.
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent leadership and team management, strong communication and presentation abilities, analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
