Microsoft Systems & Cybersecurity Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a Microsoft Systems & Cybersecurity Manager who can take full ownership of our Microsoft ecosystem — from admin management and security to Dynamics customization and server optimization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD, Exchange, Intune, and Dynamics, with a strong background in security hardening, automation, and enterprise integration.

This role requires a multi-skilled technical professional who can ensure smooth daily IT operations while driving strategic improvements across Microsoft platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Microsoft 365 and Azure Admin Center functions (users, licenses, policies, compliance).
• Strengthen and maintain Microsoft cybersecurity posture — implement MFA, data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and secure endpoints.
• Customize and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP modules and user workflows.
• Oversee server and network management, ensuring uptime and security across environments.
• Collaborate with internal departments for system automation and integration.
• Handle email configurations (Exchange Online), SharePoint access, and OneDrive administration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated system and access issues efficiently.
• Develop IT policies and documentation aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 / Azure / Dynamics Admin or Manager.
• Proven track record in Microsoft cybersecurity implementation (MFA, DLP, Defender, Conditional Access).
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server management, backup solutions, and system automation.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, AZ-104, SC-200, MB-300) are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
