Position Overview

As a Senior 3D Motion Artist, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality 3D motion graphics, animations, and video content. You will play a key role in concept development, execution, and mentoring junior artists, while ensuring visual consistency and storytelling excellence across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality 3D motion graphics, animations, and cinematic visuals aligned with project objectives.
• Design engaging motion content using Blender, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for digital, social, branding, and film outputs.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into compelling motion visuals.
• Handle complete motion workflows including concept, animation, compositing, and final video output.
• Integrate 2D and 3D elements seamlessly for dynamic motion storytelling.
• Optimize animations and videos for multiple platforms while maintaining quality and performance.
• Provide creative guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to junior motion artists.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, visual consistency, and production standards.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and tools.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in 3D motion design, animation, and video production.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering.
• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects.
• Professional-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and design support.
• Knowledge of render passes, compositing workflows, and color correction.
• Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine / Unity) is a plus.
