Mid Game Developer

Leap Games is a casual mobile gaming startup based in Sarıyer / İstanbul. We produce and publish casual puzzle games.

We’re looking for a passionate Mid Game Developer who values an enjoyable work atmosphere and will make a difference in the mobile gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality game projects with coding best practices in mind
• Take ownership of entire features and components of the game lifecycle and lead the product design and code elements
• Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver large and complex features on time and to a high standard
• Be part of the development process and contribute improvements and suggestions, driving the quality of the code throughout the entire production cycle
• Mentor other developers in the team and help maintain code, product, and process quality
• Aim for high-quality games, the balance between rapid prototype development and not compromising the quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience as a Game Developer in a company with published games
• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or equivalent department (Computer Science is a plus).
• Strong C# skills
• Experience working with 2D game assets
• Experience with game performance profiling & optimization
