We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer who’s passionate about motion design and knows how to make content pop in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) environments. This role blends creativity with technical precision—you’ll design and animate impactful short-form video ads that drive shopper engagement, working closely with our retail media and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life across diverse screen formats.

  • Design and animate short-form video ads (10, 20, up to 60 seconds) optimized for in-store retail screens.
  • Translate creative concepts into high-visibility motion graphics tailored for large-format displays and digital signage placements.
  • Produce loopable, shopper-friendly content that quickly grabs attention and communicates messages effectively.
  • Format creatives for multiple DOOH screen types (landscape, portrait, ultra-wide, LED walls, and other custom ratios), ensuring accurate scaling and sharp visuals.
  • Leverage brand assets (logos, products, copy, static artwork) to create high-impact, visually striking animations aligned with DOOH best practices.
  • Maintain strong legibility, contrast, and visual hierarchy for optimal readability from various distances within retail environments.
  • Develop multiple ad variations to support A/B testing and dynamic DOOH campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail media and marketing teams to align creative output with traffic flow, dwell time, and screen placement strategies.
  • Deliver final ad assets in DOOH-ready formats (MP4, MOV, and fully layered source files).
  • Stay ahead of DOOH creative trends and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements to maximize shopper engagement and campaign performance.
