Your Role: Mid Junior Project Manager

This is a high-accountability execution role designed for a technically grounded professional ready to manage the full lifecycle of project workstreams. You will take full ownership of project execution, including proactive follow-ups, documentation, and early identification of risks. This role is not about learning the basics; it is about keeping projects under control with minimal surprises and ensuring transparency across international teams and global clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Ownership & Execution:

• Manage and optimize detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers to ensure delivery alignment.
• Lead the coordination of activities across internal technical teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, using professional judgment to escalate issues before they impact scope or timelines.
• Audit deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon timelines, technical scope, and Azurreo’s quality standards.

Technical & Troubleshooting Support:

• Oversee projects involving core IT infrastructure, including networking (IP addressing, firewalls, security) and systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison, translating complex constraints into actionable tasks for diverse stakeholders.
• On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and managing logistical roadblocks with vendors.

Quality, Safety & Compliance (QHSE):

• Implement and enforce Quality, Health, Safety, and Security (QHSE) procedures within all project activities.
• Lead preparation for audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery quality. Communication & Reporting:
• Produce high-level documentation, including structured status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs with 100% accuracy.
• Facilitate professional communication during customer touchpoints, managing expectations across multiple time zones.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications (completed).
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in IT Project Management or Coordination.
• Proven track record of owning project execution and delivering infrastructure or technical projects.
• Solid foundational understanding of IT networking concepts (IP, firewalls, security) and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional English skills (written and verbal), capable of professional escalation and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Highly Desirable:

• Familiarity with QHSE/Q&S frameworks or ISO standards.
• Professional certifications (CAPM, PMP, or Prince2).
