Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience in architectural design and drafting. You will assist in the development of design concepts, preparation of drawings, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations
• Produce 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Support project documentation and submission drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and assist with site supervision when required
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D rendering, or BIM is a plus
• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations (advantage)
• Candidate currently based in UAE preferred
