Job Title: Mid-Level Architect

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical capabilities, with experience in delivering projects from concept through construction. This role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions in line with project briefs
• Prepare schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation
• Produce 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements in Dubai
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating built projects and design capability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Dubai building regulations and authority approvals (e.g., DDA, DM, Trakhees)
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Familiarity with BIM workflows
• Experience in authority submissions and approvals process
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards
