About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and database systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement security and data protection solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging techniques
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100.00 - Rs150.00 per month
