Mid-Level Employment Litigation Attorney

The Work Justice Firm is looking for a mid-level litigation attorney to join our firm’s plaintiff-side employment practice. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding plaintiff firm. Requirements:

- active CA bar license;

- experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;

- ability to manage a large caseload and oversee associate attorneys;

- ability to handle cases independently;

- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;

- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and

- strong academic credentials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
