Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our expanding mobile division. This role is designed for a developer who has a proven track record of shipping production-ready apps and is ready to take greater ownership of the development lifecycle.

Working alongside seasoned engineers, designers, and QA specialists, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. If you are eager to deepen your technical expertise and transition toward a senior leadership path, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• UI/UX Fidelity: Transform complex Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, highly responsive interfaces.
• System Integration: Seamlessly connect mobile front-ends with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Architecture & State: Implement scalable state management solutions and build a library of reusable UI components.
• Code Quality: Uphold high standards by writing clean, maintainable Dart code and conducting meaningful peer code reviews.
• Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, squash bugs, and optimize app performance for a fluid user experience.
• Lifecycle Management: Support the full release cycle, from initial staging to App Store/Play Store deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in Flutter/Dart development.
• Core Strength: Deep understanding of Dart, asynchronous programming, and the Flutter widget lifecycle.
• State Management: Proficiency in Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Backend Connectivity: Proven experience with RESTful API integration and JSON parsing.
• Tools: Solid grasp of Git workflows and collaborative development.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop extensions.
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions).
• Experience with automated testing (Unit, Widget, and Integration tests).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
