Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Sprouto is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design, branding, and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for a designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience who is ready to take ownership of design projects in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, user-friendly UI/UX layouts for websites, web applications, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain branding and visual identity assets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Create engaging creative assets including social media designs, marketing materials, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and senior designers to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• (Optional) Create basic motion graphics or animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Present and explain design concepts with clear creative and user-focused rationale.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong focus on UI/UX design and branding.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing graphic design, UI/UX, and branding projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Lahore or willing to commute/relocate.
• Onsite position – DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
