About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Mid-Level HVAC Technician who excels at troubleshooting and takes pride in delivering top-quality service. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and being part of a company that’s growing fast, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and light residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Inspect systems and identify issues before they become major problems
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
• Accurately document work performed using company-provided technology
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (this is a must)
• Experience with rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps
• EPA certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
