Mid-Level Masterplanner

Experience: 10–15 years, with solid hands-on experience delivering masterplans within UAE/ Abu Dhabi authorities’ framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept and detailed masterplan layouts, land-use strategies, and development scenarios.
• Coordinate with urban design, infra, transport, environment, and sustainability teams.
• Prepare and refine planning submissions for Abu Dhabi authorities (DMT/ADM/ITC, etc.).
• Lead sections of the visioning/ CMP/ DMP reports and ensure compliance with client's requirements and local codes.
• Support client presentations and manage day-to-day technical coordination.
• Provide guidance to mid-level planners and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
