Mid-Level Odoo Developer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mid-Level Odoo Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, developing, and implementing Odoo modules. You will be responsible for building robust ERP solutions, improving current systems, and ensuring seamless business workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.).
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Implement new features, modify existing functionalities, and ensure smooth integration with third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, architecture, and module details.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable ERP solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.
• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, and business logic.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI customization.
• Ability to integrate Odoo with third-party APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Enterprise.
• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
• Experience with Git or version control systems.
• Understanding of DevOps practices (bonus).
