Mid-level Practitioner (PA/NP)

Position Summary

Castle Rock Hormone Health (CRHH) is a leading provider of hormone optimization. therapies for both males and females and is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients. Our clinic specializes in personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique hormonal needs, utilizing the latest advancements in medical science and technology.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled mid-level practitioner (physician assistant or nurse practitioner) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The mid-level practitioner will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients undergoing hormone optimization therapy, in collaboration with our medical director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct initial patient interviews for both males and females.

  • Initial patient interviews typically occur within a week of prospective patients.
  • Conducting their initial labs and represent the opportunity for a patient to begin a treatment protocol with CRHH. After vital signs and a body scan are completed, you will review the patient's labs with them, make recommendations for hormone optimization if medically and ethically indicated, and answer questions. and educate, as needed.
  • If the patient decides to move forward with treatment, the next steps are signing paperwork, communicating the protocol and cost, prescribing their medications, and providing their first dose.
  • Regarding patient demographics, historically, 65-70% of patients meet the criteria for hormone optimization and begin care. This is the baseline metric upon which performance is measured.

Fulfillment

At CRHH, fulfillment is defined as the provider clearing their queue of tasks as

well as assisting other providers in clearing theirs. Broadly speaking, these tasks

consist of:

Qualifications

  • Prescription refills
  • Lab reviews and communication of the results to patients
  • Completing assigned tasks within the electronic health record (EHR) Replying to business-related emails within 24 hours
  • Attending to follow-up appointments for established patients both in- person and via telehealth
  • Attending to other medical appointments as required in the care of our patients
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
  • Current DEA license
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
  • A commitment to providing high-quality customer service

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

After 90 days, and then every six months thereafter, a review will be conducted. Based on proficiency and performance, additional duties may be added in order to implement further incentives and catalyze growth.

A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, is available within 90 days.

Schedule

Providers operate on a five business day schedule, Monday-Friday.

Reporting

This position reports to both the medical director and the operations director.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
