Mid-Level Project Engineer:

The Mid-Level Project Engineer will be expected to assist in the technical aspects of the projects. Provide assistance to the Project Manager & report the progress of the projects.

Description:

• Immediate Joiner prefered
• Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and others to facilitate project execution.
• Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and minutes from meetings.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Able to prepare estimation and costing for projects.
• Familiar with govt portals (DM, BPS, EMAAR, ETC)
• Can bring subcontractors and execute the job independently.
• English communication skills are mandatory.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering/project management/construction/fitout/renovations
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit-Out, and Finishing processes

Additional Requirements:

• Approved G+1 Dubai Municipality preffered but not necessary
• Holding a Valid UAE driving License + Vehicle (MANDATORY)
• Can Join immediately once offer letter issued
• PMP Certification is an advantage
