Mid-level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. This role will begin as a part-time position, with the potential to expand into full-time hours based on patient volume and practice demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Document accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain strong patient relationships through excellent communication and service
• Contribute to practice growth through high-quality patient care and patient retention

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in [State]
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in women’s health, primary care, or specialty practice preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills are a plus
• Experience prescribing hormone therapy is highly preferred
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
