Mid-Level Provider Show Low and Flagstaff

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team at a reputable pain management clinic in Show Low. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and have experience in pain management, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM
• Hiring Bonus: $5,000 after 6 months of employment
• Salary DOE

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Proven experience in pain management
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of EMR (ECW a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret medical imaging
• knowledge of interventional pain management
