Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Mid Level Python Backend Developer (AI Focus) to join our dynamic team. The 
ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, 
ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) to support internal tools and customer-facing applications.

• AI Model Integration: Collaborate with Data Scientists to expose machine learning models and LLMs via APIs and support architectures for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other GenAI workflows.

• Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries and support the maintenance of data schemas for relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases under senior guidance.

• Code Quality & Debugging: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, troubleshoot issues, and follow best practices to ensure system reliability and data security.

• Collaboration & Continuous Learning: Work closely with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate features, gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Docker, and continuously learn emerging backend and AI technologies (e.g., LangChain)
  
  
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: >2 years of experience in backend software development (Internships, personal projects, and capstone projects count)
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Python and SQL. Familiarity with modern web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Cloud & Tools: Understanding of cloud concepts (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker). Experience with version control (Git) is essential
• Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, a proactive "eagerness to learn" mindset, and good communication skills to work effectively within a cross-function
