Mid-Level QA Engineer (Product-Centric)

Job Overview:

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and product-driven QA Engineer who enjoys working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality digital products.

This is not just a “test tickets” role. If you care about user experience, stability, and continuous improvement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality of our product features across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers from requirement to release.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory, UI/UX).
• Identify edge cases and think like a real user.
• Log clear, actionable bugs and follow them through resolution.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve QA processes in a fast-moving product environment.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.
• Strong understanding of product-centric QA (not just requirement-based testing).-Experience testing web applications (mobile is a plus).
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SaaS or B2B products.
• Exposure to API testing (Postman, Swagger).
• Understanding of UX/UI quality standards.
• Experience in a startup or product-led company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
