MId Level SQA ( Software Quality Assurance )

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Mid Level Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and working closely with developers to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

· Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications.

· Identify, report, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Trello).

· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

· Conduct functional, regression, smoke, integration, and system testing.

· Validate UI/UX, performance, security, and usability of applications.

· Maintain proper test documentation and reports.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

· Ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements before release.

· Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality.

Technical Skills

· Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.

· Knowledge of manual testing techniques.

· Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright) is a plus.

· Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).

· Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.

· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

· Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Required Skills & Qualifications Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering recognized university, or related field.

Experience Requirements

· Mid-Level SQA: 2–4 years of hands-on testing experience.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
