The firm is seeking a Mid Level Tax Controversy Associate with 3-5 years of experience to assist with complex tax disputes and litigation, focusing on multinational entities and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with complex tax disputes and litigation
• Work on matters related to multinational entities and cross-border transactions
• Collaborate with clients, in-house tax and legal teams, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant law experience
• JD degree
• Admission to practice in the state of application
• Experience with a law firm, large accounting firm, or government
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Attention to detail and good business judgment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in economics or accounting (helpful but not necessary)
• Experience interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and taxing authorities
