Join our dynamic team as a Mid Tier ABA Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans
- Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment fidelity
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and supervision to staff members to promote best practices in behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and healthcare providers, to coordinate care plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance by safeguarding medical records, documentation, and sensitive client information
- Assist with intake procedures, initial assessments, and ongoing patient evaluations to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, or related fields working with children or individuals with disabilities
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Familiarity with data collection methods, medical documentation, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent patient care skills combined with the ability to perform detailed patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Must be in Master's Degree program in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field; certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or higher is preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
