Job description:

1. Identify the physical, emotional, social need of patient and their family.

2. Providing information, emotional support. Promote and maintain health by giving supportive care.

3. Check and record vital sign of mother, fetus/new born.

4. Assist pt. in their activities, bating, changing dress, and baby feeding.

5. Provide comfortable, clean and safe environment.

6. Shave perennial area when necessary.

7. Carry out doctors’ orders( L&D)

8. Assist and explain procedures, post natal care and exercises.

9. Assist on duty doctor during procedure in labor room.

10. Observe and document the unusual sign and symptoms and report to Head Nurse and consultant.

11. Follow infection control policies.

12. Follow hand hygiene practice.

13. Perform baby care and baby bath.

14. Observe dress code and professional grooming.

15. Readiness for new learning and face challenges.

16. Follow safe care practices to the patients.

17. Follow the roster and given assignment.

18. Follow the effective utilization of time, material and supplies.

19. Discharge teaching and care at home.

20. Respect cultural values and demonstrate the same in action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
