Middle School Coordinator(I to V)

The Middle Academic Coordinator for Classes III to V is responsible for supervising the academic programs, ensuring effective lesson planning, and maintaining teaching standards across all subjects. The coordinator guides and mentors teachers, monitors classroom practices, and supports innovative pedagogy to strengthen students’ conceptual understanding during the foundational years. The role also involves coordinating assessments, tracking student progress, engaging with parents, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes holistic development and smooth transition to higher classes.
