Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Algebra I tutor to join our our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a proven track record of teaching or tutoring, and the ability to motivate middle school students.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test prep plans based on student strengths and areas for improvement.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Algebra I and homework help
• Track student progress and communicate with families as needed.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
• Preferably a teaching certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a background check
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to student success
