Middle School Mathematic Teacher

The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and concept-driven lessons that develop students’ analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. The teacher should be able to simplify complex mathematical concepts and ensure that students develop a strong foundation in the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum (CBSE Board).
• Create lesson plans that promote logical reasoning, critical thinking, and application-based learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and tests to monitor student progress.
• Provide individualized attention and remedial support to students as needed.
• Maintain accurate student performance records and report progress to parents and management.
• Encourage students to participate in mathematics competitions and Olympiads.
• Integrate technology and real-life examples to enhance understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan interdisciplinary activities and improve teaching methods.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.
• B.Ed. (mandatory for school-level teaching).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
