Middle School Science Teacher (Teaching Certification/License Required)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons and foster a positive learning environment. This role requires a strong foundation in various scientific disciplines, including Cell Biology, Microbiology, and Genetics, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students. The School Teacher will play a vital role in mentoring students and managing classroom dynamics to ensure an enriching educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instructional plans that align with curriculum standards in subjects such as Math and Science.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and guide students in hands-on activities, including dissection and other practical applications.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster student engagement through innovative teaching strategies and instructional design.
• Mentor students by providing academic support and guidance on their educational journey.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and parents to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cell Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, and related scientific disciplines.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in instructional design and developing engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Prior experience in mentoring or tutoring is highly desirable.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering student success.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
