About Us:
STEPs for Success is seeking dedicated, in-person tutors who are passionate about helping students reach their full academic potential. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is required.

What We Expect from Our Tutors:

✔ Commitment: Support students through the entire school year.
✔ Consistent Engagement: Tutor at least two students, twice per week.
✔ Punctuality: Arrive on time for all scheduled tutoring sessions.
✔ Progress Monitoring: Submit a summary report after each session.
✔ Collaboration: Conduct one parent-teacher-tutor conference per semester.
✔ Communication: Check in with the Program Director at least once per semester.
✔ Teamwork: Maintain open communication with both parents and teachers to develop effective action plans.
✔ Responsibility: Notify the Program Director of any student concerns.
✔ Effectiveness: Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
✔ Flexibility: Adapt to potential schedule changes as needed.

As a private, you will play a key role in enhancing student learning experiences and fostering academic growth. Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide personalized tutoring designed to meet each student's unique needs. Leveraging your premium skills in curriculum development and learning technology, you will create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
