Midlevel Provider or Nurse Practitioner

Clínica La Familia, one of Arizona’s most prominent and successful networks of primary care clinics, is currently hiring bilingual (Spanish-proficient) Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team. We have multiple positions available at our location in GLENDALE, serving diverse communities with compassion and excellence.

We are currently offering flexible and customized contracts with the following incentives:

• Starting at $110,000 plus monthly productivity bonus
• Signing bonus ($5,000-10,000 depending on the number of years contracted)
