Retail Cashier / Barista — Midnight Cookie Company

Midnight Cookie Company is hiring a Retail Cashier & Barista to prepare drinks, fulfill cookie orders, and create a positive customer experience — both in-store and through delivery apps.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, works well independently, and can adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment. This position is located in Pacific Place in Downtown Seattle, and the pay is $21.30 per hour + tips. This is a part-time position with the following hours available:

Monday - Thursday: 12pm - 4pm

Friday: 7:30am - 12pm

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and answer questions about our menu
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service
• Operate POS system and follow cash-handling procedures
• Prepare espresso drinks efficiently and consistently
• Fulfill in-store and delivery app orders accurately
• Package cookies according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment
• Restock supplies and keep the workspace organized

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Obtain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card
• Reliable transportation to scheduled shifts
• Comfortable using Android tablets & iPads
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and observant
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently until midnight

Nice to Have

• Ability to work at multiple store locations
• Barista experience
• Experience with fast-paced food service or retail
