The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Manager for Great American Bagel to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen
- Ensuring orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Assisting in the final preparation of dishes
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports on customer satisfaction with the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, etc
- Handling various impromptu requests from customers
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- An upbeat and friendly attitude
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
