Royal Bahrain Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Midwife to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to women during pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and the postnatal period while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing throughout labor and delivery
• Assist and support normal deliveries and emergency situations
• Educate and counsel mothers and families on pregnancy, newborn care, and breastfeeding
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Midwifery or Nursing with Midwifery qualification
• Valid professional license / eligibility to practice
• Minimum ___ years of experience in maternity or labor & delivery settings
• NHRA eligibility/license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
