Milbrae Waste Sorting Property Porter Driver

Job Summary
Copia Resources, Inc is seeking a Property Porter to work full time at one of our client's properties in Millbrae, CA. This person will perform janitorial and porter duties. The Porter / Trash & Recycling Sorter will walk the properties to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. The primary focus for this position will revolve around trash enclosures located throughout the properties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work shift: Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm Plus Saturday 8am - 4:30pm
• Ability to repetitively lift 75+ lbs (furniture, appliances, household items)
• Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600+ lbs.
• Follows instructions from Senior Drivers / Field Operations Admin / Route Supervisors while working quickly and efficiently.
• Must work well with others and represent Copia Resources Inc professionally
• Ability to send emails, text messages and picture messages by cell phone
• Ability to make decisions and think outside of the box
• Experience with waste management is a plus (NOT required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but NOT REQUIRED

Pay: $22.00 per hour
