Responsibilities: This person will be asked to manage the mill's daily responsibilities. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed. All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability (helpful)
• Agricultural background (helpful)
• Background in feed or animal production (helpful)
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• High School Diploma or a GED equivalent
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
