About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative with deep knowledge of windows, doors, and millwork products. This position manages complex project quotes, supports key contractor accounts, and serves as a technical resource within our inside sales team. Ideal candidates bring strong blueprint-reading skills, advanced product knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for high-value contractors, builders, and repeat customers
• Prepare accurate quotes and detailed takeoffs from plans and elevations
• Manage complex window, door, trim, and millwork packages from quote to delivery
• Provide expert product recommendations and technical support
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, configurations, and special orders
• Mentor junior inside sales staff and support departmental workflow improvements
• Collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain strong knowledge of all product lines and relevant building codes

Qualifications

• 5+ years inside sales experience in windows, doors, millwork, or building materials
• Expert-level product and configuration knowledge
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in order-entry/quoting systems (Epicor, BisTrack, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage high-detail, high-volume projects independently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
