Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking an entry-level to intermediate Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician to assist with equipment installation, mechanical repairs, welding, fabrication, troubleshooting, and facility maintenance projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn from experienced tradesmen and develop a broad skill set.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Assist with conveyor systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical assemblies
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks
• Read tape measures, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Travel to customer sites as required

Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
• Construction, maintenance, automotive, farm, military, or trade school experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
