About LYNX Enterprise: Based in Battle Mountain, NV, LYNX Enterprise is a premier provider of heavy industrial fabrication, field services, and line boring. We serve top-tier clients including Nevada Gold Mines (NGM), Orica, and Northern Star. We operate under strict QA/QC protocols and are actively expanding our operations to secure our ASME "U" and "PP" stamps. The Roles: We are actively scaling our roster for major spring and fall maintenance campaigns, railcar refurbishments, and critical piping infrastructure projects. We have immediate openings for the following professionals:
1. Industrial Millwrights / Mechanics
- Execute large-scale shutdown maintenance on mills, crushers, and conveying systems.
- Perform component replacements including primary cyclones, SAG discharge screens, and cyclone feed pumps.
- Conduct precise alignments, rigging, and heavy equipment troubleshooting.
- Work efficiently in 12-hour shift rotations (Days/Nights) during critical facility outages.
2. Structural Welders
- Perform heavy structural repairs on heavy mining equipment, excavators, and gondola railcars.
- Execute continuous seal welding, multi-pass build-ups, and confined-space tank repairs.
- Work extensively with carbon steel, abrasion-resistant plating, and custom shop fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints for both shop pre-fabrication and field installation.
3. Pipe Welders (ASME B31.3 Focus)
- Weld high-pressure process piping in strict accordance with ASME B31.3 standards.
- Strictly follow provided Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and clear all Quality Assurance "Hold Points" (HP).
- Maintain absolute traceability of materials, including logging Heat Numbers and Welder IDs for the Manufacturer's Data Report (MDR).
- Pass rigorous site-specific and code-compliant weld testing prior to deployment.
General Requirements for All Candidates:
- Proven experience in heavy industrial, mining, or oil & gas environments.
- Dedication to safety and a zero-harm culture (MSHA certification is highly preferred).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in demanding field conditions and remote camps.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites (e.g., NGM properties, Alaska).
- Commitment to strict QA/QC documentation and quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: Based on experience and weld test results.
