Position: SEO Analyst & Executive (More 3years Experience only)
Location: Gurgaon (Only candidates able to work on-site at Sector 53)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking an SEO Analyst & Executive who not only knows SEO but delivers measurable results. This is not a role for someone who has simply “done SEO before”—we’re looking for a strategic thinker who thrives on data and logic. The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Analyze keywords and competition with precision
• Build strategies based on insights (not instincts)
• Execute hands-on tasks while leading a small team
• Avoid SEO myths and focus on what works, supported by ROI and KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic SEO Planning & Execution:
• Design and execute data-driven SEO strategies
• Justify all actions with analytical backing and avoid generic checklists like "build backlinks"
• Competitor & Keyword Analysis:
• Identify competitive opportunities through logic-driven keyword research and SERP analysis
• Formulate precise strategies to outperform competitors
• Data & KPI Management:
• Define and measure KPIs, KGIs, and ROI
• Create regular performance reports and action plans grounded in analytics
• Team Direction:
• Lead a small team while staying hands-on
• Prioritize team efforts logically and efficiently

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of SEO experience with a strong emphasis on results, strategy, and analysis
• Prefer Digital Marketing Affiliate industry experience
• Mastery of tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Strong spreadsheet/reporting and presentation skills (KPI, ROI-focused)
• Must be willing to work from our Gurgaon office (Sec 53)
