We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer at Minomad!

Minomad is a technology-driven company operating in the Mining , Cement , and Waste Management sectors. Based in Ankara , we serve an international market, delivering innovative, value-added solutions that help transform industry standards.

We are now looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This is a home-office, internationally oriented role requiring a strong understanding of mineral processing and a high level of autonomy.

Although the position is remote, the candidate must be based in Ankara.

The successful candidate will represent Minomad across global markets, manage relationships with suppliers from various countries, engage with customers, and contribute to our mission of delivering advanced technologies to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire equipment sales process, including: technical evaluation and customer need analysis, proposal preparation and solution matching, installation & commissioning coordination, establishing and validating performance criteria, Ensuring successful handover and follow-up support
• Conduct customer visits, both locally and internationally
• Present and promote Minomad’s innovative technologies
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Support business development efforts in multiple regions
• Perform pilot tests at customer sites
• Perform process test woks at supplier facilities
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers
• Collaborate with research institutes and universities
• Regularly reporting all business activities to management

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mineral Processing Engineering or Mining Engineering
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• French and/or Russian language skills are an advantage
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
• +2 years work experience in mineral processing plants is a strong plus
• Previous experience in any of the following processes is highly preferred: Crushers, Vibrating Screens, Grinding Mills, Slurry Pumps, Flotation, Gravity Separation, Magnetic Separation, Filtration, etc.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a home-office environment
• Must be located in Ankara
